Quick Lab Mobile sends a medical specialist to collect your diagnostic samples at your location. For self-paying patients, pricing varies by date and location.
Laboratory testing costs are separate and billed by the laboratory (e.g., Labcorp or Quest). To simplify billing, you can upload your insurance information, which we’ll forward to the lab for insurance processing. For exact lab test pricing, contact the laboratory directly.

Quick Lab Mobile charges a convenience fee starting from $67, which is required for our home or office visit services. Please note that this fee is not covered by insurance and is considered an out-of-pocket expense. It is separate from any laboratory testing charges, which are typically processed through your insurance by the laboratory itself. If you have any questions or would like an exact quote based on your location, feel free to contact us.
At Quick Lab Mobile, we understand that plans can change. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee may apply. Please note that any convenience fees paid for the service are non-refundable. To reschedule or cancel, simply contact our customer service team, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Once your lab tests are complete, you can receive your results through multiple channels. The laboratory (e.g., Labcorp or Quest) will process your samples and send the results directly to your doctor. You may also access your results via the laboratory’s online portal or through integrated platforms like Apple Health if supported. For specific instructions or to track your results, we recommend contacting the laboratory directly.
If you don’t have a lab order, Quick Lab Mobile can still assist you. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider to obtain a lab order for the tests you need. If you’re unsure about the process, our team is here to guide you through the steps. Once you have your lab order, you can easily schedule your appointment with us for a convenient at-home or office visit. If needed, we can also connect you with telehealth services to obtain the required lab order.
